How to duplicate a stem

Say “duplicate the vocals”. A copy of the stem appears right under the original, so you can put effects or edits on one and keep the other as it was.

Every plan: a copy uses storage (2 GB on Free, 50 GB on Studio).

Good to know

The copy is a real stem of its own, so it uses storage like any other. Mute the original to hear the copy alone, or play both to make the part louder and fuller.

A common trick: duplicate the vocals, put reverb on the copy, and lower the copy until it sits behind the dry voice.
