How to put one part on the left or right speaker

Say “click on the left, the band on the right” or “bass only on the left”. That stem plays from one side, the rest stays where it was, and the download keeps it that way.

Free: speaker choice works on every plan.

Step by step

  1. Play the track in the chat. For a click in one ear, ask for a click track first.
  2. Say which stem goes to which side.
  3. Download the mix if you need the file for a gig or a rehearsal.

Say it your way

  • Click on the left, everything else on the right.

  • Bass on the left, everything else on the right.

  • Put the vocals back in both speakers.

Good to know

Each stem plays from the left speaker, the right speaker or both. It is not a pan knob with steps in between: it is one side or the other, which is exactly what a click for a live show needs.

The mix download renders the sides as you hear them, so a file with the click on one channel and the band on the other can go straight into a playback rig.
