Mix, edit and finish

How to undo a change to the mix

Say “undo” after an edit, or name what to put back: “restore the vocals in the bridge”, “flat EQ”, “back to the original key”. The player changes at once.

Free: on every plan.

Step by step

  1. Say “undo” right after a cut or a move.
  2. Name anything else to put back: a muted range, the EQ, the key, a level.
  3. To go back to a whole earlier version, tap a saved mix under Saved mixes.

Say it your way

  • Undo that.

  • Restore the vocals in the bridge.

  • Back to the original key and a flat EQ.

Good to know

Cuts, moves and shifts can be undone or cleared, and a muted or faded range can be restored to how it was. A level, the key, a speaker or the EQ is set back by asking for the old value. Live edits never touch your stems; only baking an arrangement into the stems, or deleting a stem, is permanent.

To keep versions you can come back to, save a mix by name before a big change, then tap it under Saved mixes to put the whole player back.
