What it looks like in the chat
How it works
- Drag the file anywhere onto the chat, or use the paperclip button.
- The file starts playing as it is, before any split.
- Tick the rights box, and the split starts.
Say it your way
Split the video I just dropped and keep the dialogue.
Here are three files. Split them all.
Split this voice memo and keep just the vocals.
Good to know
A video file is split from its soundtrack, so a phone recording of a rehearsal or a clip from a project works as well as an audio file. The video picture itself is not kept.
Several files dropped at once each get their own split, with one rights box for all of them. Each finished track is kept in your library and can be opened from any chat.
