How to add reverb to only the chorus

Say “reverb on the vocals in the chorus only”. The chat finds the chorus, puts the effect on that range of the vocal stem, and you hear it at once.

Free: effects work on every plan.

What it looks like in the chat

Step by step

  1. Play the track in the chat.
  2. Name the effect, the stem and the part: “delay on the other stem in the bridge”.
  3. Ask for more or less of it until it sounds right.
  4. Download: an MP3 with effects comes from the chat, a WAV with effects from the player’s Download button.

Say it your way

  • Reverb on the vocals in the bridge only.

  • A lo-fi effect on the other stem in the intro.

  • Drive on the bass in the last chorus.

Good to know

Effects available are reverb, delay, drive, filter, chorus, wah and lo-fi. Each sits on a range of one stem, so the rest of the song stays dry. When you name a section, the chat reads the song to find its seconds instead of guessing.

Effects play in your browser. That is why a file with effects is rendered there too: the chat gives you an MP3, and the player’s own Download button makes a WAV with the effects in it.
