How to download just one section of a song

Set the section (“the chorus” or “1:00 to 1:30”) and ask for the download. You get that section only, mixed exactly as you hear it.

Step by step

  1. Play the song and find the part you want.
  2. Say “download only the chorus” or give the start and end times.
  3. Pick MP3 or WAV, or let it default to MP3.

Say it your way

  • Download only the chorus as a WAV.

  • Give me 1:00 to 1:30 without the vocals.

  • Just the intro, as an MP3.

Good to know

A short section is handy for a ringtone, a video clip, a practice loop on your phone, or sending a part to a bandmate. The mix rides along: muted stems stay out and a new key stays in.

In the player, the Download menu offers the whole song or the A–B section when you have set A and B. Asking in the chat does the same thing in a sentence.
